Special Service Transportation is a family-owned motor carrier in operation since 1946. Our goal is deliver products for our customers throughout the world safely, cost effectively and on time.
SST offers both asset and brokerage truckload and LTL service within the continental United States. Our regional fleet has among the safest drivers in the nation and one of the lowest CSA scores measured by the federal government.
Special Service Transportation maintains its global headquarters in Brunswick, Ohio and also maintains an office in Columbus, Ohio. Special Service Transportation offers a diversified portfolio of transportation services that includes dedicated, medium-to-long-haul, regional and local van capacity, expedited, temperature-controlled and flatbed services. Special Service Transportation’s Value Added Services portfolio includes freight management, truck brokerage, intermodal, load/mode and network optimization and freight forwarding.
