Philip G. Duke, President/Owner
Phil has been with Special Service Transportation since 1981 and purchased the company with his wife, Kim in 1989. He is the President and chief operation officer of our company. Philip holds a B.A. from Baldwin–Wallace College and an M.A. from Cleveland State University.
Kimberly J. Duke, Vice President & Accounting/Owner
Kim has been with SST since March, 1981. Purchasing the company with husband Phil, her central role is the chief financial officer of our company. Kim’s vision and leadership have helped keep our company on a steady course for many years and will continue to guide us through new ventures to come.
Julia Young, Safety and Compliance & Human Resources
Julia Young has been with Special Service Transportation since 2001 in her role as Safety and Human Resources manager. She keeps our fleet in compliance with the new CSA 2010 regulations. Julia attended The University of Toledo majoring in early childhood development.
Jennifer Duke, Marketing and Brokerage
Jennifer has been employed by Special Service Transportation since May, 2011. With a B.A. from Otterbein College and an M.B.A. from Capital University, Jennifer promises to move our company into new horizons with a growing brokerage featuring all modes of land transportation.
Debbie Cunningham, Dispatch
Debbie has been with SST since 2005. Drivers and customers are in communication with Debbie on a daily basis. Working in her hometown of Brunswick, Ohio, Debbie is a steady hand keeping our fleet rolling.
Ralph Yerian, Shop Manager
Since 1982 Ralph has been one of the important foundations of our company. Expert in all areas of heavy truck and trailer repair and maintenance, we are fortunate to have him as part of our team.
Leonard Frost, Shop
Leonard has been a steady influence on our organization since 1983. With his many years of experience as a technician, he also can handle customer and driver issues after hours.
Jeff Davis, Shop
Jeff has been with SST since 1995. After studying heavy truck and trailer at the Medina County Career Center, Jeff has been a member of our team ever since. Jeff can handle all heavy truck and trailer repairs and is an expert in air conditioning maintenance and repair.
